Customer acceptance release: This release uses the verified business facts currently available. Contact, entity, and jurisdiction details will be updated as the customer supplies them.

This policy explains how the Triluxe Renovations website handles information submitted through its contact and estimate forms during customer acceptance testing and normal website operation.

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Information collected

The forms collect the project details you enter; your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, and preferred contact method; optional budget, timing, style, dimensions, inspiration links, and notes; and your privacy and optional communications choices. Photo or file upload is not enabled. A hidden anti-spam field and form-start time are used to reject automated submissions. Network and user-agent identifiers are not stored in lead records.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to the project request, discuss an estimate, and communicate using the selected contact method. Optional project updates may be sent only when the separate communications option is selected. Lead contents are not sent to analytics, and personal data submitted through the forms is not sold.

Storage, access, retention, and deletion

A submission is written to a customer-specific durable application store before notification is attempted. Notification status is stored separately; email is not the system of record. Access is limited to authorized Triluxe and Ultiblob operators. Active lead records are retained for up to 90 days from their last activity unless a longer period is needed for an active customer request. Rejected spam is retained no longer than seven days. A controlled workflow can delete one lead by its exact identifier while retaining a non-personal deletion audit entry. Backup copies expire under the configured backup-retention schedule rather than being represented as immediately erased.

Notifications, analytics, and cookies

During the customer-acceptance release, submissions remain in the durable application store and email notification is disabled until the dedicated mailbox credential is provisioned. Analytics is also disabled until the separate Triluxe Plausible site is provisioned. The website does not set analytics cookies, and form contents or contact identifiers are never sent to analytics.

Questions and requests

Until the customer supplies the public privacy and deletion email, questions and deletion requests can be started by calling (682) 593-3056. Please identify the request without placing sensitive information in voicemail.
