These terms describe use of the Triluxe Renovations information and estimate-request website during customer acceptance testing and normal website operation.

Use of this website
This website provides general information about renovation services and a way to request contact about a potential project. Business facts, credentials, warranties, locations, and customer claims that have not been confirmed are intentionally omitted.
Estimates and enquiries
Submitting a form requests a conversation. It does not create a project agreement, confirm availability, establish a price or schedule, or authorize work. Any project terms must be documented separately with Triluxe Renovations.
Consultation bookings
The booking page uses a customer-owned Calendly event to display current consultation choices and available times. Selecting a time begins a scheduling request through Calendly; it does not create a renovation agreement, authorize work, or guarantee a project price or start date. Calendly availability and event settings are maintained by Triluxe Renovations.
Project imagery and content
The project media in this customer-acceptance release was supplied directly by the customer and passed a privacy and publication-safety review for DEV testing. Captions describe only visible details. Final per-project authorship, location, date, scope, value, customer identity, and testimonial details are not asserted until separately confirmed.
Accuracy and availability
Website information may be updated as the customer supplies additional verified business details. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, testing, or correction. Primary site functions are designed so an analytics or notification-service failure does not prevent durable form capture.
